Planning for Business Continuity

Maximising our debt recovery systems uptime allows us to meet our obligations to clients and investors.  We have invested heavily in our technology and premises to ensure continuity of our business under even the most severe circumstances.

CapQuest’s call centre platforms are spread across three sites in the UK and in Cape Town, South Africa. We mirror our business critical systems and our data is replicated on a real-time basis.

To ensure continuity of voice and data technology, a national triangulated Ethernet link has been created which automatically re-routes usage if for any reason CapQuest’s main site loses its servers or Voice-Over IP capability. Telephone lines are also replicated across two sites in case an exchange is disrupted.
